Tecfius is looking for business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

Salary : As per company norms

Qualification : Any graduate

Language known : English and Hindi

Experience : fresher can apply but experience will be preferred first

Business Development Responsibilities

  1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  2. Pitching products and/or services
  3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  4. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  5. Keep prospective client database updated
  6. Make cold calls for new business leads
  7. Support in writing new business proposals
  8. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  9. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  10. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  11. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  12. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  13. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and leads displays
  14. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  15. Developing quotes and proposals
  16. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  17. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  18. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization
